- Squeeze half a lemon into a baking dish.
- Add oil, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
- Add 2-4 Yalelo fillet (depending on the size of your dish) to the baking dish and turn it several times to coat.
- Let it marinade for 15 minutes on your counter or in the refrigerator.
- Place 2 tbsp. of pesto on each fillet. Cover each fillet with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
