Bream con Pesto

Delight your taste buds with the perfect marriage of flaky fish and vibrant pesto in our oven-baked fish fillet—a culinary masterpiece that's both wholesome and indulgent.

  • Squeeze half a lemon into a baking dish.
  • Add oil, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
  • Add 2-4 Yalelo fillet (depending on the size of your dish) to the baking dish and turn it several times to coat.
  • Let it marinade for 15 minutes on your counter or in the refrigerator.
  • Place 2 tbsp. of pesto on each fillet. Cover each fillet with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily.

Serve hot.
