Grilled fish in banana leaf

Outdoor cooking is not only easy but a fun way to incorporate your Yalelo fish into your adventures

Marinade:

Crush 6 cloves of Garlic to a fine paste, add 1 cup of Tomato paste, and ½ a cup of Coconut cream or fresh cream.

Fish preparation:

Add ¼ cup of cooking oil and 3 teaspoons of Yalelo Fish Spice.

3 Teaspooons of salt and 1 teaspoon of black ground pepper. Mix well.

Lay 2 to 3 leaves of Fresh Banana leaves and place your fish on top of them.

Make some slits into your fish and pour marinade in and on top of your fish. Flip the fish and repeat.

Make sure fish is carefully wrapped to avoid spillage of marinade.

Put the fish in a grilling wrack and place onto the braiser.

Flip occasionally for a total of 10 mins on each side.

When ready, open the Banana leaves and garnish with Spring Onions, fresh herbs or Bell Peppers.
