- Make a spice mix with 3 tbsp. of Yalelo spice and 1 tsp. of salt.
- Spread a thin layer of olive oil evenly on your smoked fish.
- Season your fish generously with the spice mix.
- Place your fish on a baking tray with foil.
- Drizzle 1/3 cup of soy sauce on and around the fish
- Add chopped peppers around and on the fish
- Grill the fish for 5-7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
