Cooking suggestions
  1. Thaw, gut, scale & rinse your fish well; patting it dry with a kitchen paper towel
  2. Brush the fish with oil, rub with salt & pepper on both sides and inside the fish
  3. Preheat your oven to 230°C (on grill function) and brush the oven rack with oil
  4. Place the fish over the oven rack and grill about 10-12 minutes on each side
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Storage Instructions: Uncooked or raw keep frozen at -18°C or below
